"Richard Walters Jensen, Jr. is alleged to have repeatedly molested a 10-year-old boy in the LaJolla area of San Diego, California. It is alleged that the crimes occurred between 1992 and 1993 after Jensen befriended the boy's single mother and often babysat the boy.
A state arrest warrant was issued on November 1, 1993 by the Municipal Court, San Diego, California Judicial District, charging Jensen with 14 counts of lewd acts upon a child. Jensen was subsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant issued in the Southern District of California."
Thoughts? Jensen was aired on the May 4th, 2012 episode of America's Most Wanted. The above was the FBI's archived profile for Richard Walters Jensen Jr. For some reason he's not on the FBI's website anymore even though I confirmed his warrant on the San Diego County warrant search system. (It's the reason I listed San Diego Crime Stoppers and not the FBI for contact site since I'm not sure if the FBI would be handling this case anymore).
As far as speculating on whereabouts, it's a bit tough since I'm assuming that picture is from the 90's and even then he has a bit of an every man look to him. He also seems comfortable in both hot and cold weather states.
