Scars and Marks: Contreras has a tattoo with the words "In memoria de mi jefe El Alegre" on his stomach, the letters "PMR" on his chest, as well as other unknown tattoos.
Remarks: Contreras is a known member of a violent street gang. He has a long and violent criminal history, including more than 15 arrests for carrying a concealed weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, evading police, and possession of a controlled substance. Contreras is known to shave his head. He may be residing in Mexico.

Luis Moreno Contreras, wanted for the murder of his cousin, 19-year old Alfonso Vera, was a web-exclusive case on AMW's old website. I was able to retrieve a partial archived description of the night that led to Vera's murder:
"Vera had a few friends over including his cousin Luis Contreras and Luis's brother Fernando. However things got heated when Fernando and his girlfriend got into a fight and began arguing. Cops say that Vera stepped in and came to the girl's defense which angered Fernando. However Luis and an unknown male get involved in the fracas and cops say moments later shots are fired and Alfonso Vera is dead. Since the incident on June 14th, 2005 cops have been on the lookout for Luis Contreras. Recently, Contreras joined the ranks of the FBI's Featured Fugitives list. They currently believe that the known gang member and parolee is most likely in the greater Tijuana, Mexico area but may sometimes travel back to Riverside County where he has family. He is considered armed and very dangerous."
Thoughts? I no longer see Contreras on the FBI's website but I don't see a Luis Contreras on California inmate search either (there's a bunch of guys named Luis Contreras listed but none with the middle name Moreno), so I'm assuming he's still wanted as of this posting date (10/12/2015). Also, I listed the FBI for the contact point (Riverside is very confusing trying to determine a crime stoppers line for unless the fugitive is on the DA's wanted list), but just in case, if they no longer handle the case, please contact your local or international police or crime stoppers line.
