Location information: Police say Fernandez frequents the Riverside/Corona areas of California and is now known to frequent the Los Angeles/East Los Angeles area as well. They also say it is possible he has fled to Mexico.

Rodolfo "Rudy" Fernandez is wanted for allegedly brutally beating and shooting to death his estranged girlfriend, Griselda Sandoval. The incident happened on October 7th, 2001, in Ontario, California. According to a YouTube PSA, in a jealous rage, Griselda was stalked to the medical office where she worked, where she was beaten, shot, and left partially clothed on the floor. It was two weeks short of her 20th birthday.
According to the AMW archive, after the murder, Fernandez left in Griselda's vehicle and went to his godmother's residence in East Los Angeles. Police say that the Griselda's abandoned car was recovered three days after the shooting and contained the 38 caliber revolver handgun used for the homicide.
Thoughts? What is scary is Fernandez was only 19 years old. So to have that kind of rage at such a young age, who knows what he's been doing for the past 14 years. Mexico is a possibility with many fugitives, but it also seems there are plenty of areas in Southern California where Fernandez would feel comfortable hiding out.
