Fugitive Profile as of January 20th, 2018: (Based on Harris County online court records search) Date of Birth: 12/14/1975 Height: 5'5" Weight: 125 lbs Hair: Black Eyes: Brown According to online articles, Anyone with information on Guido Osorio is asked to call Houston Police at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. Additionally, if anyone has any (news-related) updates, they can contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form--- Guido Osorio was only 15-years old when he wanted to form his own street gang and was attacked by Tino Moreno, a member of the "Mixed Mafia" gang. In retaliation, Guido wanted to do a drive-by shooting and kill Tino. On November 16, 1991, Guido and an accomplice drove around, looking for a Mixed Mafia gang party. They did find a house which was hosting a party, and Guido fired several shots into the home and then drove off with the accomplice. The house that was shot at was hosting a birthday party, and 12-year old Jennifer Mroz was killed from a shot to the heart. Guido was soon arrested and confessed to the murder of Jennifer, but was then released and fled. In 2007, the accomplice, Eduardo Blondett was released and deported to his native Ecuador. -- Thoughts? This was one of the cases mentioned on the master list of AMW-aired fugitives that Scumhunter received. I don't know exactly when Guido Osorio was aired on AMW but it's quite possible that he was featured sometime in 1992. Guido is a native of Colombia so the most likely possibility is that he fled back to the South American nation. Despite this, 24 years is way too long for any fugitive to remain on the run, especially a fugitive charged with the murder of a child. www.leagle.com/decision/19961390921SW2d469_11339.xml/BLONDETT%20v.%20STATEwww.chron.com/news/houston-texas/article/Early-release-deportation-of-inmate-draw-1799646.php

Yeah we can use more information on this case so if anyone sends it to our contact form it would be a huge help. (Once again, we don't take tips, we'll forward them if you send them anyway, but there are other venues besides us to do that and the contact form is mainly for information). Anyway, it is surprising this case hasn't had more attention from AMW or the media so maybe it is the lack of decent leads or belief Osorio is in another country. Still, the fact remains he still needs to be punished for killing a 12-year old girl. P.S. Thank you for posting a Master List case. I've been busy and falling behind lately and really needed the help.

As of today, February 22, 2023, Guido is still listed as having a warrant/not being in custody according to Harris County's court records database.
Additionally, PACER records show an UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) warrant was issued in 1993. The warrant was dismissed in 2011 however. No explanation was given but I assume it was likely dismissed due to a lack of investigative leads.

Plus, Osorio arguably met the criteria for the list: he was a danger to the public judging by how he fired shots into a home with no regard for the people inside.

Osorio was only 15 when he committed the murder, have there been other fugitives where they were a minor when they did their crime? Darryl Bailey (Capture #92) and Adam Dove (Capture #670) were both 15 but I wonder if there was anyone younger.
