 Based on this image which is clearly of him wearing no sleeves or the sleeves have been cut, makes me think that he’s probably in Southern California or somewhere in the Southeastern U.S., where there is a warmer climate all year round for the most part. But again let’s see what details The Hunt has to share and hopefully it opens the floodgates in this case with regards to tips. |

Dawson would be in his early 70's if still alive. That is relatively young by 2017 terms but then you have to factor in when Dawson gets sick as we all do from time to time does he still go the doctor etc... so there's always the possibility he passed away as well. Even so The Hunt could still solve the case as it would take just one neighbor to go "Hey that looks like my neighbor that died of cancer a few years ago" or something along those lines.

I sure hope Dawson is still alive despite the fact that he’s 71, he was in his 40s when those images were taken in 1986 and 1991/92. This case is honestly one I really wanted to dig deep into because it’s a different perspective reading a wanted poster compared to watching a 30 minute segment on television describing in detail his nasty acts. The lack of attention the last 31 years, this case deserves the spotlight now more than ever. |

I'm looking forward to both cases as we have family members of one victim of Kenneth Cofer's and one possible victim of Cofer's as members of our forum and I know how badly they want justice. Not to mention Cofer is also a former AMw case.
The Dawson profile should be interesting as well and I'm surprised he was never aired on John Walsh's previous show of America's Most Wanted, at least not to the best of my knowledge.

Based on this article, Dawson’s case could be a replay of Edward Harper since he could still be in the U.S.. Plus he’s a Vietnam veteran, a pot smoker and likes to wear camouflage. |

Just realized that Dawson is not currently listed on the CNN tip form for some reason so if anyone who watched the show comes across out site wants to send in a tip on Dawson I'd click the link below, just check the box on any fugitive on the drop down menu, mention your tip is on Dawson and not that fugitive and then fill everything out and submit. While Dawson is obviously still at large as of this update (7/15/2018), since he is still on the FBI's website, wanted to provide an additional link to track his fugitive status just an case. This past January, authorities produced an age-enhanced sketch of what Leslie Dawson would look like in his early 70s.
