Ah, well in any case, the charges were dropped, and Dogman Tony apparently passed away a homeless- but free man.

Phuong Van Dinh, #233, Dcb 5, 1992 A Vietnamese immigrant worker. He blew away a friend of his with a shotgun after losing a game of poker, but it's unknown whether the victim survived or died. He was busted in Hawaii.
I watched the Final Justice in this case, It's showed that Phuong Van Dinh's Victim has died of gunshot wound and Phuong left a male witness behind before fled the scene.

With the 800's coming up soon, decided to do a head start and help 912th out with his capture contest by finding any other sentences. The following are sentences I found out for those not mentioned already (if a capture in the 800's without sentencing information before this post I once again didn't list below, it's because I couldn't find out any information): #812- Frederick Rosato- Sentenced to somewhere between 15-25 to life in prison. His earliest parole hearing is in 2022. #819- Teri Anderson- Sentenced to 12 years and forced to participate in a sex offender program #821- David Drain- Sentenced to 8 years and 6 months. Was released last year. #822- Jason Arthur Mori- Sentenced to 16 years after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter. #824- Damar Pink- Sentenced to life with no chance at parole. #826- Kit Kar Luong- Kit Kar Luong- Sentenced to 20 years. Has a chance at parole next month, but will be released in January of 2025 at the very latest. #830- Ronald Lee Lennon- Not sure what he was convicted of but I have a court document sentence: Twenty (20) years with a minimum parole eligibility of five (5) years on Count I, plus a consecutive term of life with the possibility of parole after five (5) years has been served on Count II. Lennon apparently has been frequently appealing his conviction and maintaining his innocence over the years #834- Corey Laneclin Smith- Our favorite topic! Smith received 56-to-life sentence in April 2005, eligible for parole when he is 84 years old #841- Gerardo "Tank Boy" Martinez- Sentenced to life without parole, plus 25-to-life. #843- William Porter Looney- Sentenced to 18 years but is now apparently on parole and living in West Virginia. ( records.txdps.state.tx.us/SexOffender/PublicSite/Application/Search/Individual.aspx?IND_IDN=6583856&SearchType=Name&ResultsUrl=%2FSexOffender%2FPublicSite%2FApplication%2FSearch%2FResults.aspx%3FSearchType%3DName%26FirstName%3Dwilliam%26LastName%3Dlemay%26Birthdate%3D%26Sex%3D0%26Race%3D0%26CountyCode%3D0 ) #850- Raymond Ross- Sentenced to 17 years, out by July 2022. #852- Robert Allen Ellison- Sentenced to 35 years, eligible for parole in Feburary 2023, out by August 2040. #855- Scott Dellagatta- Sentenced to 57-months in prison (which should be nearly five years) with three years supervised release. #858- Shannon Griffin- Sentenced to 12 years. Out by August 2016. #863- Kendall Alexander Sr.- Sentenced to 27 years. #866- Douglas Holler- Sentenced to 7 years and 4-months, now released #867- Rashawn Capers- Sentenced to 52 years. #870- Jody Thompson- 50 years on top of the 10-50 he was already serving for escaping. #873- Israel Barretero- Life in prison but does have a chance at parole in 2036. #874- Tommy Hardin- Sentenced in 2006. Eligilbe for parole in 2023. Out by 2044. #876- David Rollins Cauthen- Life with no chance at parole. #885- Clansie Banner- Given 8n 1/2-20 years. #886- John Francis Casey- Sentenced to life. #890- Charles Capdville- Sentenced to 7 years now discharged. #891- Probodat Joucoo- Sentenced to 15 years, out by 2021. #895- Danny Moran- Only sentenced to 1 year, released in 2008 #897- Edward Windham- This is going to be the biggest update- Windham was acquitted of murder and only found guilty on a gun charge. He only did five years, but in June of this year, was murdered himself! www.wmbfnews.com/story/25697514/1-dead-after-florence-shooting#898- Claudia Librett- Credited with time served and sentenced to 10 years of probation

Wow. I'm not surprised by the first half of that (I seem to recall Windham was wanted for witness intimidation) but that second part is really shocking! Guess justice comes in different forms, apparently.

Got bored and decided to look up fugitives from 900-950 that we didn't have sentencing information for. Maybe I'll go back to earlier capture centuries but danwind did a pretty good job with those! If I don't say anything for a particular capture it's because no information could be found.: #901 Samuel Lydell Morton- Unsure of sentence but he is scheduled to be released on December 2nd, 2030, meaning regardless of when he was convicted, he would have spent about 24 years in jail since capture. #907 Robert Hanright- Sentenced to 10 years, I think. The following is the link (just enter Hanright) which is rather confusing: business.nh.gov/Inmate_locator/default.aspx#908- Ronnie Wright- Enhanced sentence of 45 years plus 2 years probation. #913- Beatriz Hernandez- Only received 5 years! This was apparently as a result of testifying against an accomplice. #924- Orthia Porter- Sentenced to 29 years in prison #925- William Pumphrey- While I don't know what went on with the charges he was on AMW for he was eventually sentenced to 10 years in prison with 10 years supervised release for child pornography charges: www.fbi.gov/albuquerque/press-releases/2011/aq012011.htm#927- Colvin Washington- Life without parole #930- Willie Cardell Sanders- Unsure of sentence, but he doesn't get out until 2042. #933- Mikhail Drachev- As we now know, sentenced to 37.5 years. #934- Jesse Cole- Unsure of sentence, but will be released in 2021 so around decade-15 year range. #941- Christopher James Jackson- Sentenced to 10 years in prison #945- Vincent LeDoux- Sentenced to 40 years #948- Deonte Davis- Sentenced to 25 to 50 years. Eligible for parole in 2032. Out by 2057.

OK, here's what I could find from 951-999 (hey, that sort of rhymes!): #959- Ronald "Shorty" Rodriguez- Acquitted of "murder 2" and "manslaughter 1", which would have led to life or 25 years respectively. Convicted of manslaughter 2, which carried 5-15 years in prison. #961- Warren Villata- His sentence is unknown but despite admitting to killing his cell mate, according to an aritcle I found he was only facing seven years in jail. #969- George Saravanos- Convicted of manslaughter and assault, sentenced to 12-14 years. #970- Moises Couthino- Sentenced to 15 years, but was only expected to serve 5 1/2 years in a suspended sentence. #975- Tanya Diane Brown- Setenced to 5 years in probation. #976- Lonnie Crabtree- Sentenced to only 1 year in prison. #979- Israel Rivera Balderas- Sentenced to 32 years-to-life in prison #983- Dwayne Edward Lee- Sentenced to 25 years in prison #984- Mark Alan Earhart- Although I'm unsure of his sentence, he apparently was released but last year was arrested on a multitude of charges related to an assault: bedfordcountyfreepress.com/?p=25913#985- Fu Lin Wang- Sentenced to life in prison #999- Lauren Cheek- Sentenced to 12 years and 9 months for manslaughter.

Samuel Earl Dillon, #82, Nvb 7, 1989 Details are uncertain, but most likely he was serving two life sentences for murder when he escaped prison. He was busted in Illinois for another murder, for which charges were dropped. According to the article linked below, Dillon supervised the murder of one person and then killed the gunman because they allowed a witness to get away. Dillon was wanted out of Chicago. articles.chicagotribune.com/1989-11-07/news/8901280821_1_fugitives-chicago-police-tips
