A mystery for sure. All I see are 4 initial appearance court dates. It looks like he was only in jail for a few months. I dont find anything showing him actually going to prison. I'm trying to find out if he is in Florida or Texas or where. She is scared to death. Thank you. I appreciate it.

Yeah unfortunately I don't think our site can be of much help as there's much available to work with. Perhaps you might want to try calling the Bloomington, Florida Police Department and they may have some idea as to what happened to him.

Ok, not really an update but I watched a show called "Fugitive Chronicles" on AMW capture #163 John Barrett Hawkins. And the way he was identified was quite amusing. Apparently when he was first arrested, Italian officials were close to letting him go because they couldn't confirm his identity. So the U.S. NCIS official in Italy called the LAPD lead Detective on the case for help- when the LAPD Detective remembered something an informant told him. Hawkins had a skin condition called "vitiligo" which a skin-pigmentation disease- but it was "only" on his- well- privates. So they asked him to drop his pants and that's how they identified him.

P.S. Although it should be mentioned as I made a thread on it that Hawkins was eventually released from prison, he claims he didn't know his partner was going to kill his victim and is now counseling troubled youths. (Apparently counseling troubled youths is in part what got him paroled early). (It's basically a case which is an example of the debate as to whether someone convicted in a crime where someone is killed deserves a second chance at life- I can't say for sure in this case since life is complicated and each individual situation is unique but I am glad it at least appears on the surface Hawkins appears to be trying to do good out of prison). amwfans.com/thread/1175/new-article-john-barrett-hawkins

While browsing archived law enforcement websites, I managed to figure out what Selim Kelmendi's case was about. Here's the description from the North Richland Hills, Texas website. Selim “Jake” Kelmendi entered the United States as an illegal immigrant seeking political asylum from his wartorn homeland of Yugoslavia in May of 1991. After a “run-in” with police in New York, Kelmendi and several of his male relatives relocated to the Dallas / Fort Worth Texas area where they operated a pizza parlor, “Nikki’s Pizza and Pasta”, in the city of North Richland Hills. Police and former employees say Kelmendi functioned as an enforcer over restaurant staff and sexually harassed the waitresses. In November of 1994, police say Kelmendi forced his way into the home of a married employee who’d refused his advances and sexually assaulted her at gunpoint in front of her two young children. In January of 1995, police say Kelmendi savagely beat a convenience store clerk for asking him to leave the store. Police say Kelmendi also threaten to kill a former waitress who was pregnant with his cousin’s child if she didn’t get an abortion. In March of 1995, U.S. Immigration agents and North Richland Hills police arrested Kelmendi and his relatives. After several months in custody relatives bailed Kelmendi out and he fled. web.archive.org/web/19981202152801/http://web2.airmail.net/nrhjbc/suspect.htm

I've got a bit of a random question; would it be possible to pin this and The Hunt's direct capture directory so that they're the first two topics on the page? I don't know about everyone else, but I probably visit this topic the most out of every one on this forum, and it'd be a nice resource to have Sometimes it gets buried when a ton of captures/updates happen and this would make it easy to find.

Ray Warren, #63, Ags 25, 1989 Details are uncertain, but he may have been wanted for murder out of Billings, Montana. He was busted in Arizona. I did some digging on this case and I think I may have found some more information. Check this out: www.leagle.com/decision/1981920628P2d292_1913/STATE%20v.%20WARRENIt's written in legalese, but as far as I can tell, Ray Warren killed someone in 1979 and went on the run after he jumped bail. Apparently there was some controversy regarding Warren and the disposal of the gun. I'm no legal expert, but I'm pretty sure this is the same Ray Warren, as it took place in Billings, Montana and says that Ray Warren was never brought to trial for his crime. Here's another legal document involving Warren: cases.justia.com/montana/supreme-court/1981-06-02-80355.PDF

As 912th requested, here is the information I have regarding the direct captures in the two 1992 episodes I saw on archive.org.
- Nothing on Rusty Garrett since they only included the last 30 seconds of his capture segment.
- Jesus Delgado bought the dry cleaning business from the owners but did a very poor job of remembering the owner's instructions, so the customer service and productivity was very poorly done. The owners wanted to buy the business back from Delgado, and Delgado shot both of them to death in their home.
- Donald Verbridge was wanted out of Cleveland, Ohio and the Albuquerque, New Mexico area where he had pulled off his scams.
- Maurice Mosley aka. "The Shadow Bandit" had been sought by the FBI for 30 bank robberies in Los Angeles from 1984-1992. In one robbery, he got into a altercation with a police officer and tried to grab the officer's gun. He was called The Shadow Bandit because he disappeared from the banks as if he was a shadow.
Also on the second episodes, they profiled Ed Childers. In the reenactment, it was mentioned that Ed's wife was 30-years younger than Ed and was murdered because she was seeing another man. That brief relationship was the only happy moment in the young woman's tough life.
