Law enforcement have been trying to identify this Jane Doe for over 21 years. Luckily her killer, Keith Hunter Jesperson aka the Happy Face Killer, is behind bars. The unidentified woman was his sixth victim and was found decomposed alongside the Florida highway. Jesperson told investigators she was from Miami, he picked her up in Tampa and killed her at a rest stop in Pensacola. He also told that the victim was possibly named Suzanne or Susan and was on her way to Reno, Nevada. This case got new attention recently because the original renderings of her were considered in accurate by Jesperson. He even made a drawing on what she really looked like, which gave way to the updated renderings.
