Suspect fatally shot a man and seriously wounded the victim's brother during an argument at 914 E 88th Street, in the Southeast Area of Los Angeles. At the time of the crime, the suspect was employed at a fast food restaurant in Lawndale, California. He may seek similar employment in the future. The suspect is a Mexican National from Canelas, in Durango, Mexico. He has relatives living in that City.
Thoughts? I am assuming 1986 is the wanted year since he was 42 at the time but it is somewhere of the range of 1985-1987 at least based on Barreras' age at the time. He's now 71, so it might be tricky since I'm assuming he may no longer be employed anywhere- be it fast food or something else- and is likely laying low in Mexico if still alive.
