Actually it was a very small town about 70 miles from Atlanta called watkinsville

Just how they caught him in general is WOW, speaks volumes towards the actual investigation, and how the public does have to invest time in these cases.. This guy was living next to someone and running errands in the open for 28 years!

According to 11news com from last year he was officially indicted on felony murder and assault with a deadly weapon charges and will proceed to trial
