Wondering if anyone can supply me with info on a case I'm 99% certain I saw on AMW; I've had no luck with Google searches since I can't remember any names. Three (or four) guys decided to rob a friend of theirs who they thought was selling drugs. They tied up his young son (IIRC they used a cord from a video game system/controller), and then interrogated the father in the living room, trying to make him tell them where his money and/or drugs were. IIRC it turned out that they were mistaken, and there were no drugs or money. They killed the dad (I believe with an ax, but I could be wrong), and then one of the guys went into the room and started stabbing the boy in the back. I remember they said at one point the boy told the guy stabbing him something like "I thought you were my friend" and the guy told him "you should pick better friends". Eventually, the boy played dead, and the robbers left. I remember them saying all the guys had been caught but one--the guy who stabbed the kid. Thanks in advance for any responses.

That's the case of Dimitrious Androusopulous. He was captured in Greece back in 2005, but they refused to extradite him and tried him there. Not sure what his sentence was, but it was a lot less than the others got.

I think the case you're refering to is that of Dimitrios Androutsopoulos. In 2001, him and two other men committed a crime very similar to that of which you described. The boy was paralyzed and his two favourite wrestling stars appeared on America's Most Wanted to spread word about the manhunt. www.galesburg.com/news/x805327968EDIT: theczar beat me to it by two minutes. Thanks anyway thezcar. BTW, he only got 14 years.

Only 14.... Incredible. And I think the others got like 99 years too.

Yep, my #3 most wanted fugitive of 2002. At least they arrested him, but really depressing he only got 14 years.

We're always glad to be of service. I know a lot about AMW, but many posters here know even more than me.

Hey guys I have been following the site for a few weeks now but I have a question, does anybody here have any amw full episodes they could share? Because I really miss this show like all of you. Also I plan to stay updated and may even post on the site now. Great thank you to scumhunter for starting the site

Hey Charlie,
Unfortunately I don't think full episodes of amw are available anywhere. Your best bet is to go on youtube and watch segments.
