Mario Rizo Garcia was on AMW's website before they were cancelled, although I do not know if he was ever aired on the show itself. Garcia is also a member of the Orange County DA's Most Wanted List. Below is their description of his alleged crime:
On Saturday, March 23, 2002, at approximately 7:20 p.m. in the area of 31931 Via Belardes, San Juan
Capistrano CA, Juan Perez was shot multiple times and died as a result.
Preliminary information developed during the investigation determined that Perez was walking home
from a friend’s house when a lone male subject approached him on foot and confronted him. The subject walked up to Perez on the sidewalk, discharged his weapon, and killed Perez instantly. The suspect was seen running from the scene northbound towards Trabuco Creek.
The suspect was later identified as Mario Rizo Garcia. Male Hispanic, 5’ 6” tall, 150 lbs, short black hair,
and brown eyes. Garcia has the tattoo “Rizo” on the back of his neck. Garcia is also known as Mario Rizo, AKA Crazy Mario, or Loco Mario. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. Mario Garcia is considered armed and dangerous.
Thoughts? Mario certainly seems to have his nickname "Crazy" Mario since he apparently walked up to a guy and shot him for no apparent good reason. Unfortunately, the old AMW archive is gone to go into further details such as possible motives, but whether it be a petty argument or something else, shooting and killing a guy when it's still early evening (and since this was California, it may not have even been that dark outside yet), proves how dangerous Garcia is.
