The city of Pasadena, Texas has been looking for Narisco Munoz Hernandez since 1978. Below is the case synopsis from their website:
On October 27, 1978 the victim, Martha Alice Hernandez died as a result of a gunshot wound to the head. The death of Martha Alice Hernandez was ruled a homicide by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office. The victim was discovered by a relative in the driveway of her brother ’s residence deceased.
An extensive investigation was conducted resulting in the victim’s husband, Narciso Munoz Hernandez being charged with her murder. The murder warrant was issued by the 183rd District Court, Harris County, Texas.
Narcisio Hernandez is now 57 years old, he is 6’1" weighing 200 or more pounds. His hair may be graying and he may wear glasses.
CONSIDERED ARMED AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.

Thoughts? I don't know if they updated Hernandez's age as 57 this year or when they were posted. I believe they added the case to their website in 2008 meaning it's possible Hernandez is currently around 65 and not 57. In any case, neither age is that old, Hernandez seemed to only be around 21 at the time of the murder, so he may very well be alive.
I realize there's not a lot to work with here, but I've seen cases solved with less.
