Kshawn Rocque is one of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police's Most Wanted fugitives. Below is the RCMP description of his alleged crime:
"Kshawn Rocque is wanted in relation to the drive by shooting of Fehmi Sen in Montreal, Québec, Canada. On May 30th 2013, Fehmi Sen and two friends were standing near a park in the Côte-des-neiges area in Montreal when Rocque fired shots at him from a black moving vehicle.
Paramedics on the scene brought Sen to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries."
Thoughts? I realize there's not a lot of information and unfortunately no motive but it if helps Rocque was with three other men. All four were questioned and released. They were all charged but Rocque took off.
According to an old social media profile I found when Googling (it could be someone else, but he has an uncommon name), Rocque is from St. Vincent and the Grenadies, so in my opinion he could be in Canada, the island of St. Vincent, or elsewhere in the Caribbean.
In any case, here's a guy who was either shooting or with a group of people shooting at people in a public park. I stress his alleged victim didn't deserve what happened as well, but it's a miracle no one else was hurt. If you know where Kshawn Rocque is, you've GOT to do the right thing and call Crime Stoppers or your local RCMP deatchment.
