Age: Around 34 years old (17 at time of crimes)
Height: 5'8
Weight: 160 lbs
Tattoos: Across Back- "TINY", Left Hand- "Raza"
Other Possible Clues: May have shaved head, was believed to possible be frequenting Westgate Apartments in Prince William County, in the late 1990's

"On October 7, 1997, a 32 year old female victim was taken at knife point to the storage room of a vacant townhouse at 8093 Portwood Turn, Manassas. While there, suspect Carlos Cruz raped and sodomized her.
On June 26, 1998, Suspect Carlos R. Cruz broke into a 25 year old female victim’s apartment at 8017 Ashland Avenue, Manassas. Once inside, he grabbed her from the shower and raped her.
**Carlos R. Cruz is wanted for Abduction, Rape, Forcible Sodomy, Animate Object Sexual Penetration and Attempted Robbery. He fled to El Salvador."
Thoughts? What's scary is Cruz was only 17 times at the time of his alleged crimes. We know sexual predators usually don't stop, and if he was already starting at 17, who knows what's happened during these past years he's been unaccounted for. He may have fled to El Salvador, but I've seen some strides in captures happening there that it's not outside the realm of possibility he can still be nabbed, in my opinion.
