Still no updates but poor Tuan Pham. He turned himself in and can't get any attention because Miguel Torres got caught on the same day. I remember Pakman stating on the old amw.com forum he thought Pham's case had a terribly acted re-enactment. I didn't think it was that bad, but it wasn't very memorable. Pham did seem a bit psychotic and was a longshot candidate for my top 10 of 2012 list, but he would have made it in spite of his re-enactment and not because of it.

Among the many things Lifetime has improved on from FOX's last few seasons, the acting in the new reenactments haven't really been one of them.

Well, with a lower budget that is to be expected, but there have been some good or decent ones and none, (besides imo Princess Jane Doe) have been excruciating. Some were actually very well done, Kenneth Grant, Omar Arenal, and Desi Woods being a few examples. One thing Pakman did pick up on (I love how he's still out there and we act like he's this person who no longer exists ) in one of his few complaints about the new season was sometimes it seems they give unnecessary re-enactments even if the person doesn't need it. In Pham's case, I think the video footage of the shooting plus the look into his ex-wife's rehab that they showed might have sufficed.
