No surprise here- Boston marathon suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev has been found guilty on all 30 counts, including multiple charges that carry the death penalty.
So really the only question is whether or not he will get the death penalty. It should be a foregone conclusion, but as we've seen in the Jodi Arias trial, sometimes all it takes is one holdout juror to make it life in prison instead.
