www.cnn.com/2015/04/08/us/boston-marathon-bombing-trial/index.htmlNo surprise here- Boston marathon suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev has been found guilty on all 30 counts, including multiple charges that carry the death penalty. So really the only question is whether or not he will get the death penalty. It should be a foregone conclusion, but as we've seen in the Jodi Arias trial, sometimes all it takes is one holdout juror to make it life in prison instead.

I didn't know Massachusetts still had a death row. Even if MA's death row has long since shut down, I hope Tsarnaev never sees the light of day! If they can't give him the needle, send his (sizzle) to the darkest recesses of lifer's row!

Massachusetts doesn't have a state death penalty, but it doesn't apply in this case since Tsarnaev was charged federally.
