Garth Green has been one of Westchester County, New York's most wanted fugitives since 1989. Below is the Westchester Warrant Watch description of his case:
"This subject is wanted for Criminal Negligent Homicide. On September 1, 1989, the suspect was involved in a fatal automobile accident on Rt 6 in the City of Peekskill. Passenger in the vehicle was killed. Suspect was driving the car without a valid driver's licencse, speeding and blood indicated alcohol present, these being the factors for the fatal crash."
Thoughts? HeadMarshal told me about this case about a year ago and I'm posting it now because I'm always on schedule! LOL. The problem with locating Green, in my opinion, is all we have is a grainy photo from 1989. This will be a case where somebody has to know something and does the right thing and turns him in.
