Anthony "Tony" Burroughs- Arizona- 2000 (Added In 2016)

I remember when I saw the segment of Tony Burroughs on The Hunt. I don't know how he has evaded capture for 17 years, but I feel like the walls are really closing in on him because of the discoveries of the help his mother had been giving to him all those years. I can't really say where I think he is right now (probably still The Philippines, somewhere in the United States, or even somewhere in Latin America) but I feel most confident that within the next year, he will be caught.
