Thoughts? As far I can tell, Orr is still at large as of today’s posting date (December 2nd, 2024), since there have been multiple local articles this year listing him among Pikes Peak Area Crime Stoppers most wanted. I put 2024 with a question mark in the thread title since it is unclear when warrant(s) for Orr were issued, only that articles listing him as wanted came out in 2024.
