Jesus Cardenas Valencia is wanted for the homicide of 24-year old Carlos Rios. Authorities allege that Jesus murdered Carlos and stuffed his body between a mattress and box spring in his condominum. After Jesus sold his condo, the neighbors complained about a foul odor. That is when Carlos's remains were discovered. Jesus has been a fugitive ever since.
