Thoughts? As of today, November 6, 2024, Pedro has a homicide warrant in Florida's statewide warrants database. The warrant is from 2017 so I assume the Florida Attorney General's office may have reviewed the case and re-filed the warrant. This may have been to be sure that Pedro could still be prosecuted beyond a reasonable doubt.
