He is wanted by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear (FTA) in Court for Felony Arraignment and for Faling to Register as a Sex Offender (FTR). PORE is a Tier 3 Sex Offender convicted in Colorado on 09/29/1997 of Sexual Assault on a Child by one in a Position of Trust. He was also convicted in California on 05/04/1999 of Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14 years. He has been absconded since 2008-2009. His last registration address was in Slidell, LA.
