The Rockford Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate a Rockford man who have been charged in the death of a 10-month-old baby.
According to police Zayshawntray Pickett, 28, of Rockford, has five outstanding arrest warrants that include charges ofdomestic battery, stalking, criminal trespass, burglary, criminal damage to property and theft.
On Tuesday, Oct. 29, the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office authorized a charge for first-degree murder in the recent death of a 10-month-old baby. The victim was known to Pickett, police said in a news release.
Rockford police are asking that anyone who knows where Pickett is, to contact them at 815-966-2900, on Facebook(@rockfordillinoispolicedepartment) or Twitter (@rockfordpd).
