Jeffrey Andrade is the last suspect wanted in connection with the homicide of 45-year old Duc Le. At the time, the victim who was homeless and had mental health issues was sleeping on a couch. Authorities say that four individuals brutally beat Duc outside a McDonalds restaurant. The attackers then dragged Duc to a construction site, nearly tearing the victim's ear off. They then beat Duc to death by bashing him with a skateboard. Half of Duc's ribs were broken along with his jaw.
Two co-defendants were convicted by a jury of second degree murder and manslaughter. A third suspect is being prosecuted in juvenile court. Jeffrey is still wanted for his alleged involvement in this horrific crime.

Thoughts? As of today, October 23, 2024, Jeffrey has a listed murder warrant in the Orange County Sheriff's warrant database. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Andrade. No possible whereabouts were publicized, but I suspect that Jeffrey probably fled to Latin America.
I do hope that there can be justice and accountability in this horrible case by seeing Jeffrey prosecuted. It is abhorrent that a homeless man with mental health issues was horrificly murdered like this. This is completely unacceptable and I really want to see Jeffrey arrested.
