FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) —
West Virginia State Police are searching for a man accused of child sex crimes and violating home confinement, prosecutors said.
Johnny Kincaid, 55, pled guilty to sex offenses involving a 12-year-old girl in July, according to a news release from the Fayette County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
The news release said Kincaid was released on bond and placed on home confinement, but failed to appear for a sentence hearing Friday after removing a GPS monitor from his ankle.
Kincaid may be operating a white 2009 Ford Ranger with West Virginia license No. 204635A and was last known to live at an apartment on Chestnut Street in Mabscott, West Virginia, prosecutors said.

Thoughts? According to online articles, Kincaid was still at large at least as of October 11th, 2024. And yeah great job placing him on bond AFTER he pled guilty. Of course he was going to flee.
