(Above photo credit: 710keel.com) From ksla.com: Shreveport Police are searching for a man accused of firing shots at police as they responded to reports of shots fired on Norton Street in the Mooretown neighborhood. On October 9, just after 8:30 p.m., Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 4400 block of Norton Street. As they arrived on scene officers were met with gunfire as they exited their patrol cars. There were no injuries to the officers. A perimeter was established, and a drone was deployed but officers were unable to capture the suspect who was identified as Keith Mosley Jr. (10-01-1988) Investigators with the Violent Crimes Unit assumed the investigation and were able to procure warrants for Keith Mosley Jr, charging him with one count of Attempted First Degree Murder and one count of Illegal Carrying and Discharge of a Weapon. Bond was set at $1,000,000.00. Mosley is armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Police are asking those with information to contact them at 318-673-7300. Those wishing to remain anonymous can submit tips anonymously to Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373 or via their app P3Tips.www.ksla.com/2024/10/11/man-wanted-allegedly-firing-shots-shreveport-officers/Thoughts? Based on online articles, Mosley was still at large as of today’s posting date (October 11th, 2024). And yeah obviously too many manhunts of this nature recently.
