Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on December 8, 2013. Brown hair, brown eyes. Her ears are pierced. Was seven at the time.
Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. Her mother called the police when she was not returned after a visit and found that he had vacated his apartment. They may be in Mexico.
