Esteban Reyes-Rojas is wanted for the homicide of his girlfriend's brother, Everardo Castro. Authorities say that Esteban got into an argument with his girlfriend and Everardo. That is when Esteban allegedly chased both of them with his SUV and struck and pinned Everardo against a home. Everardo tragically died of his injuries soon after. Everardo's sister suffered minor injuries in the attack. Esteban has remained a fugitive ever since.
Esteban has ties to the Southern California cities of Palmdale, Lancaster and Santa Ana.

Thoughts? As of today, September 7, 2024, Esteban's murder case in Los Angeles County's court records shows no events/proceedings since the charge was filed on April 16, 2019. There is also no plea or disposition. The custody status of "warrant bail set" has not changed since the charge was filed. This is how I validate that fugitives out of Los Angeles County are still at large.
