I don't know how many people are aware of this case but I personally think it's very disturbing and interesting in 1994 the santori family comprised of the patriarch Francisco santori 59 lived with his girlfriend concecpcion "Connie" villa 29 and there 3 year old son Dante were murdered as they slept allegedly by a man named Arturo Ortega Garcia the article I had read says the were no signs of forced entry santori and villa allegedly struggled with Garcia and DNA found under villa s nails her car was found a few blocks from the bridge connecting El paso and the border city of ciudad Juarez where he was apprehended garcia was a suspect as early as 2015 but it took more time do to having to obtain evidence then tracking his location in Mexico then he had to serve a two year stint in a mexican prison and was extradited from Mexico city back to el paso hes currently locked up in the el paso county jail the maximum sentence he faces for the three counts of capital murder is life without parole which is fitting for him in my theory villa ford colt was found at the intersection of durango st and paisano st I think immediately after the murders Garcia fled to ciudad Juarez and moved on with life thinking he would never be caught but he was and the families are angry after being locked on county jail that hes still has not faced trial but he will but i can understand there anguish ktsm.com is as usual very informative thank you for being a reliable source
