(Above photo credit: polksheriff.org) From the Polk County (Florida) Sheriff’s Office website- Most Wanted fugitives section: On December 18, 2019, a 50-year old man was fatally shot in the front yard of a residence at 441 Fernandez Street in Wahneta. The crime scene was determined to be an active marijuana grow house. Another active marijuana grow house was found during the investigation linked to the victim as well. Julio Ramirez-Peraza and Lazaro Perez-Toledo were both arrested, but detectives continue the search for Reinaldo Ramirez-Peraza who was determined to have been actively involved in the homicide after the fact by assisting those who were directly involved in the murder.
