CHP Visalia says on August 11, 2024, at 9:11 in the morning Henry Robert Garcia was driving a 2011 Black Chrysler 300 north on Road 68 approaching Brent Allen who was riding his bicycle northbound on the paved shoulder of Road 68 south of Highway 198 in Tulare County.
CHP says that Garcia struck and killed Allen when he hit from the rear.
CHP Visalia says Garcia then left the location at a high rate of speed without rendering aid to Allen or contacting Law Enforcement.
CHP Visalia says the license plate number on Garcia’s car is 7EWN159.
CHP Visalia says that Garcia is known to frequent the areas of Olive Avenue at Hanford Armona Road and the area of Jones Street at Hanford Armona Road in the city of Hanford.

Thoughts? As far as I can tell, Garcia is still at large as of today’s posting date (September 3rd, 2024), since the above article is from only 4 days ago. However, if that status has since changed and/or changes in the future, anyone is more than welcome to let us know.
