Antonio Gutierrez-Quirino is wanted for the hit and run death of Brian Prouty. Authorities say that Antonio was driving when he drove onto the shoulder and allegedly struck and killed Brian. Antonio then fled the scene and abandoned his vehicle in the woods. It is believed that Antonio fled to California with assistance from relatives and then may have fled to Mexico.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Washington State Patrol, Criminal Investigation Division, Bremerton office at 360-473-0141 if you have any information on Antonio Gutierrez-Quirino's whereabouts.

Thoughts? As of today, September 1, 2024, Antonio is on the Washington State Patrol Most Wanted List website. He is one of two new fugitives added recently (if anyone wants to post the other fugitive, Tabitha Waller, before I have a chance to, then feel free.) I did not see Antonio's case in Washington's Odyssey court records database, but there have been issues with searching court cases for fugitives with two last names.
I hope that this publicity can help Brian's family get justice and accountability.
