I have a theory maybe she wanted to get the chance to live her own life she may be trying to walk down her own path I understand that she is a ward of the state I think she is a ward of the state because she's a immigrant I couldn't find anything that says she was disabled or mentally impaired I wouldn't be surprised if she's still in the Pittsburgh area there are a large number of Hispanics she could be in Texas or Florida for the same reason I bring this up for purely hypothetical reason anyway she still should be found just for her families sake
