From fox10tv.com:
MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - FOX10 News has new details about a Mobile man wanted on multiple sexual abuse charges.
The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Mobile Police are looking for 39-year-old Adam Renk.
Now, Renk could face similar charges thousands of miles away.
Fox10 News has learned Renk is being investigated by Oregon State Police and the Wasco County District Attorney’s office.
Renk was arrested twice this month for sexual abuse and torture of an 11-year-old girl in Mobile.
A spokesperson with OSP says Renk has been on their radar before August.
Because it’s an active investigation OSP couldn’t say much but says the allegations made were “similar in nature to what was investigated in Mobile.”
Court documents say Renk had a torture room and strapped the girl to a wall, hitting her with a paddle for sexual pleasure.
He bailed out of jail before the new charges were added.
His new charges include sodomy and sexual abuse.
We’re told similar reports in nature have been submitted to the Wasco County District Attorney’s office and are waiting to go to grand jury.
FOX10 News reached out to District Attorney Elect Kara Davis who gave the following statement,
“I am aware of the investigation in Alabama. I am very concerned that his ties to Oregon might bring him here and hope that he is found soon. We do have an ongoing serious investigation of a similar nature, but I am not able to comment further at this time. I’d like to ask that if anyone sees him - please contact your local law enforcement.”

There is no active arrest warrant for Renk in Oregon. That would only change after the final decision of the grand jury.
OSP officials say he is a person of interest.
If you know where Renk is call Mobile Police.

Thoughts? As of today’s date (August 31st, 2024), there is still a posting on the Mobile Police Department’s Facebook page asking for information on Renk’s whereabouts. Social media comments say he may go by the name of Dean.
