Leonardo bertulazzi a fugitive wanted out of italy for kidnapping a wealthy Italian engineer and they used the proceeds to kill a Italian prime minister however he has been arrested in Buenos Aires Argentina and is looking at a 27 year sentence as he was tired in absentia and he was given refugee status by the Argentine government he was initially living in Chile however he was actually arrested in 2002 he was released after the Argentine government granted his refugee status however the president removed him from the status hopefully like Rocco morabitto and will be returned to Italy to essentially spend the remainder of his life he's 72 now and it's basically a life sentence well deserved
