According to Newspapers.com archives, Luis and Jose got into an argument at a party. Luis left the party but returned with a gun and allegedly shot Jose to death. Luis has been a fugitive ever since. ----Thoughts? As of today, August 23, 2024, Luis has an open murder case in Tulare County's court records database that shows the warrant being active. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Luis. F-ing idiot. Deprived his own wife of her brother over an argument at a party. I don’t want to assume alcohol was involved but regardless it wouldn’t be an excuse in this case (not that it should be anyway) since Luis left and then returned. He had time to cool his jets and instead shot and killed family blood related or not and jetted off instead.

Hopefully this case will be resolved we have gotten guys like Luis Contreras and Herman Carroll this year Diaz could be a great addition to the fbi website

That means this homicide was premeditated. Most homicides involving disputes are not really premeditated and more of in the heat of an argument. But yes, the fact that he allegedly murdered a relative is really horrible and tragic. |

Kind of like Luis Contreras weirdly similar and both of them could have cooled down and basically could have been avoided if they just left like Contreras Diaz will be in custody soon enough question for headmarshal did it say where he has ties to

Like most other cold case fugitives, I suspect he fled the US (ex. to Mexico). |
