Vital statistics: Paula is a hispanic female. She was born on November 21, 2013. Brown hair, brown eyes. Her ears are pierced. Was six at the time. Sebastian is a hispanic male. He was born on December 4, 2014. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was five at the time.
Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial father, Carlos Sanchez Cardona. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on April 16, 2020.
Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on February 17, 1981. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was thirty-nine at the time.

Thoughts? I am not sure why but missingkids.org does not mention Cardona as the suspected abductor despite being the national missing children's site.
