Adan Perales is wanted for the capital murder of 36-year old Jose Guadalupe Garcia. Jose had declined a promotion within his prison gang. His fellow gang members had conspired to kidnap him and another man. The gang members then shot Jose to death and stabbed and wounded the other man.
Adan is still wanted for Jose's homicide. Adan is a Mexican citizen so he is most likely hiding in Mexico.

Thoughts? As of today, August 11, 2024, Adan has a warrant flag in regard to his capital murder case, according to Hidalgo County's court records database. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Adan. I suspect that Adan is still involved in criminal activity to this day. Therefore, he is still extremely dangerous.
I hope that Jose's family will get justice and accountability in their loved one's case. As with similar cases, Jose did not deserve to be murdered because of his prison gang ties.
