Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating a fugitive (Gilberto Hernandez Moreno) who is wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child (14-17).
On Monday, May 9, 2022, Houston Police Officers received a report of a Sexual Assault of a Child that occurred in the 10000 Block of Haddington Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse and detectives learned that Gilberto Hernandez Moreno sexually assaulted the victim multiple times.
Fugitive Gilberto Hernandez Moreno is a 49-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 180 lbs.

Thoughts? As of today’s posting date (July 26th, 2024), Moreno is still listed as having a warrant/still not in custody according to a search of Harris County’s online criminal court records. Also they list his date of birth as 4/21/1974 so Moreno would now be 50 years old as of the aforementioned posting date.
