Thoughts? As of today’s posting date (July 20th, 2024), Vasquez-Osorio is still on Long Island Fugitive Finder as a featured alert fugitive. Also bad guys come in all shapes sizes and colors but I believe Vasquez-Osorio is of Hispanic descent. It is simply anyone who is a minority that is not Caucasian American or African-American is sometimes classified as “white” on some law enforcement sites as a technical classification. Just wanted to clarify why LI Fugitive Finder may have listed him as such but in any case Vasquez-Osorio needs to be caught because he is an alleged rapist, not because of his race.
