Richardo Arzate has been wanted by the Broward County Sheriff's Office since 1996. As far as I know, he was never on AMW.
On April 15, 1996, during a birthday celebration at a house, several arguments escalated into fights. One of these fights was between Arzate and a man named Fernando Baldovinos. During the fight, Arzate allegedly drew a gun and shot Baldovinos in the head and abdomen.
After the killing, Richardo Arzate was charged with 1st Degree Murder and Attempted Murder.
Additionally, Broward County Sheriff's Investigators are searching for Arzate's mother, his two brothers, and their families. Apparently, their disappearance occurred after police interviews. Moreover, family members stated during their interviews that they feared retribution for Ricardo Arzate's crime from the victim's associates.
Thoughts? Although Arzate will look much different today, hopefully he still has a Virgin Mary tattoo on his right pectoral that he had back then. (why do these alleged murderers always have religious tattoos? What also complicates this case is usually family members are deliberately unhelpful. In this case, they feel threatened. What I also know is Arzate's probably less threatening behind a jail cell than free roaming the streets. So hopefully one day a family member does the right thing and contacts authorities.
