Blanca Esthela Gatica is wanted for the vehicular homicide of 16-year old Nathan Higgins. Authorities allege that Blanca was driving on the wrong side of the road while intoxicated. She then allegedly collided with a vehicle being driven by Nathan's brother. Nathan was killed as a result of the impact. Nathan was one day from his 17th birthday and was out with his brother delivering newspapers.
When authorities issued a warrant for Blanca's arrest, she had fled. Blanca has ties to Mexico.
