 Photo Credits: Arkansas Department Of Public Safety Arkansas State Police and other local law enforcement agencies are working to apprehend a Birmingham, Ala., man wanted in multiple homicides. Stacy Lee Drake, 50, was last seen on foot outside a motel in Morrilton and is believed to be armed and dangerous. Drake is wanted in connection with three homicides in Oklahoma, stemming from two separate carjackings. Drake is separately wanted on multiple felony warrants from multiple jurisdictions, with charges including aggravated robbery, carjacking, and murder. Drake is a white male with brown hair and eyes. He is 5’11” and weighs 185 pounds. His last known address was in Birmingham, Ala.
Anyone who sees Drake should not approach him and should call 911 immediately. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.

This guy is clearly a literal menace and since he's at large I mean three murders carjackings robbery and numerous other criminal offenses and since he crossed state lines he could theoretically face federal charges in relation to the carjackings Im sure when he is caught given the brutality of the crime and Oklahoma is a very pro death penalty state but I think in this case it is warranted

I hope this repeats the resolution of the Andre Gordon in Trenton. A while back but what I mean is him being taken into custody safely and hopefully he doesn't harm anyone else hopefully he doesn't kill anyone else but I'll stay on the case and I will report any updates I find

Drake is apparently no stranger to the department of corrections he has a record in multiple jurisdictions I am just telling this to show what a dangerous person Drake is and he should not be taken as anything lightly he has multiple violent offenses dating back to 1994 in Arizona including armed robbery followed by a aggravated assault and then in 2010 he was found guilty of get this a violent carjacking in Alabama and brandishing a firearm as well as being of. A felon in possession of a weapon but this is the interesting part he was convicted of the carjacking charges and this was under the armed career criminal act but do to a ruling in 2017 supreme Court decision the sentencing enhancements and according to the article he maybe connected to a fourth murder but I he hasn't been charged with that yet so I just read it as a detail my source is 5newsonline com

According to CBS news Drake was taken into custody this morning in Arkansas I'll keep an ear out for more details

I believe that is capture number 3 and I guess I can count James McDonald could be included as well but I think this will not be the last one hopefully 😁 but Drake is finally in custody

Even though he went down peacefully he has been linked to a third murder in El Reno Oklahoma which is in the metropolitan area of Oklahoma City the victim has been identified as 56 year old Phillip Emerson who's truck was stolen by Drake and later recovered in the area as the double homicide in Sequoia county
