Albert Tyrone McNeal is wanted for the homicide of 44-year old Feni Oshinake. Feni was walking in a parking lot when he bumped into Albert's car. Albert got out of the vehicle and started to argue with Feni. That is when Albert allegedly shot Feni to death. Originally a person of interest, a warrant was issued for Albert's arrest in February of 2022.
Additionally, Albert also got into a road rage incident three days after Feni's homicide. He allegedly shot into another vehicle where a woman and her children were inside. No one was injured in that incident. Albert was questioned about that case but then fled.
Finally, an article online mentions that authorities say he chased after a victim with a machete in 2015.

Thoughts? As of today, June 19, 2024, Albert is shown as having a warrant/not being in custody, according to Harris County's court records database. I do hope that the family of Feni Oshinake and the woman and her children in regards to the road rage shooting can get justice and accountability.
It is possible that Albert may have returned to his home state of Florida.
