RAPID CITY, S.D. - A felony warrant has been issued for Amery Jeff Featherman for two counts of rape involving victims with physical or mental incapacities.
Featherman is a 35-year old Native American male that stands around 6 feet 1 inch tall, and weighs about 200 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Featherman is believed to be in the Rapid City, Pennington County area.
If sighted or if there is any information regarding his whereabouts, individuals are advised not to approach him. Instead, please contact the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office at 605-394-6117, the Rapid City Police Department at 605-394-4131, or the nearest law enforcement agency to facilitate his arrest.
