Tips can also be submitted electronically to the FBI at tips.fbi.gov Anthony Kendall Dewater, on the FBI's Most Wanted for Crimes Against Children List (not the top 10 list, just to clarify), has been on the run since 1992. Below is the FBI's wanted description of his case: "On February 21, 1992, Anthony Kendall Dewater, a teacher's aide at an elementary school in Salem, Oregon, was charged with nine counts of sexual abuse in the first degree for allegedly fondling multiple students over a six-month period. He was found guilty of seven of those counts in the Marion County Circuit Court for the State of Oregon on July 31, 1992. On November 2, 1992, the Marion County Circuit Court for the State of Oregon issued an arrest warrant for Dewater for failure to appear in the first degree. A complaint was authorized and a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, District of Oregon, Portland, Oregon, charging Dewater with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution on July 22, 1993." Thoughts? Although in America he was an aide, I can see Dewater getting a teaching job in another country. It seems time and time again we see alleged child molesters getting busted working as a teacher in a foreign country, the example I feel most glaring is Robert Snyder teaching chess in Belize. Based on the fact Dewater speaks Spanish, I feel it's more likely he fled to Central America or Spain. Of course if he winds up getting caught in the U.S., Canada, or elsewhere, I will be thrilled to be wrong since it still means he was caught. There should be worldwide a database created where all sex offenders are registered. I wonder if a joint task force was created with the canadian and south american authorities

Even though Dewater is obviously still at large as of this posting date (12/22/2017) since he's still on the FBI website, wanted to also add the link to Oregon court case search, which is lists a warrant for him, just to be on the safe side. well there should be some new age-progression photos at least. It would also be helpful if they dig into the archives and release additional photos of Dewater from before his arrest too. |

 I’ve done the same for Anthony Dewater since only one image of him has been released and these age progressed images aren’t by the FBI, but by an app called FaceApp. As stated on Alexis Flores thread I said that my intention isn’t to play around but to do a public service that has yet to be done. |

While Dewater is obviously still at large as of this update (July 16th, 2018), just wanted to provide an additional resource to track his fugitive status just in case. Noticed Dewater no longer on FBI website. The UFAP warrant again Dewater was dismissed, however WITHOUT prejudice, back on April 11th. 2019, according to PACER records search. I feel probably a Spanish speaking country but as we see in his profile lots of possible locations, another cliche of can be anywhere.
