Luis Alberto Palos is wanted for the homicide of Justin Paul Bailey West. Authorities say that Luis allegedly shot Justin to death from a vehicle. San Bernardino County's court records database shows an additional charge of Street Gang Participation. Luis has ties to the High Desert and Los Angeles areas.

Thoughts? As of today, May 11, 2024, Luis's PC187 (Murder) case in San Bernardino County's court records database is in warrant status. The only filing after 2010 was in 2021 when a copy of the warrant was sent to the DA's office. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for Luis.
I hope that Justin's family can get justice and accountability in their loved one's case.
