Jaime Garcia has been wanted by Fort Wayne, Indiana authorities for over 27 years. He was aired on the January 26th, 2010 episode of AMW on Fox. Below is the AMW archive description of his case:
Decades Later, Cops Still Seek Justice For Four Victims
For more than two decades, cops in Allen County, Ind., have been trying to track down a man who they consider a public enemy.
According to reports, Jaime Garcia sexually molested four young girls -- all between the ages of 6 and 15 -- in the mid-1980s. He was eventually arrested in 1986, and entered a plea agreement in December of that year, which would have landed him in the slammer for 10 years.
A judge let him out on bond so he could get his affairs in order, and Garcia never showed up for his prison term.
He's been on the run since February 1987, and police have been relentless in trying to track him down. Unfortunately, they've had no luck finding him.
They continue to seek the public's help and hope justice can be provided to his victims once and for all, while also preventing other women and children from feeling his wrath.

Garcia was always a large man and odds are that hasn't changed. He has a noticeable limp and a metal pin in his left leg -- which resulted from a truck accident in which he was involved long ago.
These injuries may hamper his ability to partake in some of his favorite activities, including fishing, camping and boating -- primarily in the areas of Big Sur and Santa Maria, Calif.
He also has high blood pressure and should still be taking meds to keep it under control.
Police believe he may be a recreational user of both cocaine and marijuana, and they say he likes to drink Coors beer.
Garcia is also a fan of specialty weapons, such as pearl-handled knives and .45-caliber guns. Consequently, police consider him armed and dangerous.
He has Mexican citizenship, which he refuses to give up, primarily due to some property he inherited there.
In his early adulthood, Garcia also installed chain-link fences, so he may be looking for work in that arena. However, he may have a commercial driver's license under a fake name, driving trucks or working as a diesel mechanic.
Cops also tell AMW that after a long, hard day's work, Garcia always loved to have his feet and back rubbed. Authorities hope that if any women know this about Garcia, this may raise some red flags and eventually lead to his capture.
Child Molester Evades Authorities Worldwide
Cops have alerted Interpol, and he's been given a Blue Notice. If Garcia pops up on law enforcement's radar anywhere in the world, he will be arrested, but police hope that your tips will lead to his whereabouts to speed up that process.
It is believed that Garcia may be hiding out in Texas, California or Mexico under an assumed identity.'
Thoughts? As dangerous as Jaime Garcia is to children what I also want to know is if he's been investigated as a possible person of interest in April Tinsley's murder. He went on the run since 1987. April was murdered in Fort Wayne in 1988. The person who wrote the barn notes taunting cops was said to have had to be tall- Garcia is 6 feet. Also, if you take a look at the barn notes and notes to the neighborhood children in 2004, the handwriting is rather shaky. Garcia is said to have a shaky left hand. Also- although perhaps the oddities on the notes were intentional- the grammar and English is rather poor and Garcia is from Mexico and was not born a native speaker.
Now one would think Garcia would avoid the same place he's wanted out of, but we've seen fugitives hide in plain sight before, especially if they have family in the area (I have no idea if this guy does.) And the fact that for the time being there have been no DNA matches in April's murder that we know of means it must be someone Fort Wayne PD has not collected it from. Garcia being gone since 1987, obviously they likely don't have his DNA.
Although it's just a theory of mine, I think it's a decent one. But for now, assuming Garcia didn't kill April Tinsley- he is still an extreme danger to young girls and I find it hard to believe he hasn't had more victims in these nearly three decades spent on the run.
