Thoughts? As of today, April 30, 2024, German has an active First Degree Murder warrant, according to Adams County's public warrants database. I checked PACER and did not see a UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case for German.
I hope that Bertha's family can get the justice and accountability that they deserve.
